This National Day for Truth and Reconciliation offers a chance for Canadians to reflect on a painful and divisive past as we work to move forward, together, in solidarity. A day of remembrance for the Indigenous community, and an opportunity for all people to listen, learn, and take action. energi PR honours the survivors of Canada’s residential school system and recognizes their legacy today, and every day, so that we prevent the harms of the past from being repeated.

Dementia is not one size fits all.

An #alzheimers diagnosis has a grave impact on the lives of patients and their loved ones. Today, we want to give special recognition to the incredible caregivers who dedicate their time to supporting those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of #dementia. The theme for this year’s #WorldAlzDay is ‘Know Dementia, Know Alzheimer’s’, intended to spark conversation about how to navigate treatment, care, and support after diagnosis.

With more than 50 million people worldwide affected by various forms of Dementia, generating awareness of the disease is the first step in creating a supportive post-diagnosis environment. This awareness can have a positive impact on the quality of life for the person who has been diagnosed, as well as their carers. #caregiving Alzheimer Society of Canada

This #WorldEntrepreneurDay, we celebrate our co-founders Carol Levine and the late Esther Buchsbaum who built our agency from the ground up over 32 years ago, taking a chance on themselves and each other.

When asked what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur and leader, Carol Levine said: ""Being an entrepreneur is not for the faint of heart and being a female made it that much harder. My advice? Surround yourself with the brightest and the best – people way smarter than you. Continue to learn. Search for the right mentors. Value relationships and always help others who may be down on their luck. Then just take the leap of faith and believe in yourself.” #energi #publicrelations
